And here are more photos of the beautiful castle.

The main stairs up to the first level, now restaurant and offices and the second level with all the restored rooms.
The godess Diana reigns at the top of the stair-well.
The painted ceiling of the ballroom represents the wedding of Prince August Sulkowski.
From the ballroom windows we have an excellent view of the town of Rydzyna, with the townhall in the distance, the parish church on the right.
The representative chambers have all been exquisitely restored. On the left is a detail of the Knight's Room. On the right a detail of the ceiling of the Sea Room.
North of the castle's main entrance symetrical outbuildings in the same elegant style once housed dwellings of the staff, carriage houses and other service facilities. Today they house a boarding school for disadvantaged children.
A 15 minute walk from the bridge along the moat brings you to the shooting range also built in the 18th century and stiill used today.
